About

I  have been specializing in alternative medicine and holistic health for my local communities (and there have been many)  for over 30 years.  What started as a personal journey for my own recovery turned into a passion to teach others how to overcome diseases naturally. So far, I have written over 150 publications for a variety of online and offline magazines, newspapers and blogs about my discoveries, ideas and adventures in the alternative health arena.  Furthermore, since 1989, I studied and offered Jin Shin Jyutsu (form of acupressure). This healing arts background led to transitioning into a business writing career and marketing consultant for healing arts practitioners and the health retreat industry.

During this time, I also managed to acquire over 20 years experience working with resorts, inns and motels in the Southwest.  In addition, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Technology from Regis University in Denver, CO in 1989.

Today, I am ready to take this blog to a whole new level and share the good that comes with natural healing methods that involves touch.  Not just a pill or surgery, but genuine, warm, personal touch.  This blog is for those of you who have a positive story to share with a world that is craving more peace and love as well as for those wanting to learn a new way of approaching health care.
